Brittany is a compassionate and skilled Art Therapist. She obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Art Therapy and Counseling from Long Island University. She is Licensed (LCAT), registered and board certified (ATR-BC) and has a deep commitment to supporting clients in their mental health and personal growth. Brittany has experience working with individuals of all ages. There are several populations she works with including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Brittany is always coming up with new and creative methods to help clients learn more about themselves. She loves being a Creative Arts Therapist because it allows her to understand and support her clients in an entirely different way. She enjoys witnessing her clients tap into their creativity to process complex emotions, gain self-awareness, overcome their struggles, and continuously reach their goals.
Brittany utilizes different types of interventions in her sessions to help individuals gain perspective and understanding to their emotional distress. These interventions include art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
Art therapy is beneficial for people of all ages. Using the creative arts process, individuals are engaged in free self-expression while exploring their own abilities and interests, boosting self-esteem and confidence.
