Jennifer Kimpel

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting individuals through grief, life transitions, suicidality, trauma, and substance use disorders. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, empowering clients to recognize their existing strengths while developing new skills to confidently move through life with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

As a person-centered therapist, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients manage difficult emotions, build coping strategies, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to share life’s challenges in pursuit of improved mental health. I also value the connection between mind and body, recognizing how both influence overall well-being.
