Linda Hacker

Linda Hacker, aPHR, CSSGB, is the Operations Manager at Suffolk Counseling Services. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, Linda has found her professional calling in helping others thrive—by creating the systems, structure, and support that allow compassionate care to happen.

Linda is passionate about creating strong operational foundations that make excellent care possible. From scheduling and billing to compliance, systems management, and staff support, she ensures that the back-end runs smoothly so clinicians can focus on what they do best. She has led teams across behavioral health, home care, and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to her operational expertise, Linda is recognized for her ability to foster strong, trusting relationships with staff, leadership, and community partners. She leads with a deep belief that collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect are the foundation of a healthy and high-performing work culture. Her leadership style is hands-on and supportive, grounded in the idea that when people feel valued and empowered, teams thrive—and so do the clients they serve.

Linda holds a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR). Her career has included leadership roles in fast-paced, high-growth healthcare organizations, but what she values most is being part of a team that leads with compassion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to meaningful care.
