Catherine holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury. As a dedicated clinician, her goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space that allows clients to be vulnerable and explore difficult thoughts and feelings. She meets clients wherever they are in their journey and is committed to fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.
With an integrative, person-centered approach, Catherine combines psychodynamic methods with evidence-based practices like ACT and CBT. She specializes in supporting individuals through major life transitions, particularly during the pre and post-partum periods. Catherine also works extensively with clients facing self-esteem issues, mood and anxiety disorders, personality dysfunction, and social anxiety. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and the geriatric population.
In addition to individual therapy, Catherine offers couples and family counseling, helping to foster open communication and stronger relationships. She is honored to be part of your therapeutic process.
