Suffolk Counseling Services is an incredible place of healing and growth! I started coming here years ago, and will come back at times for a “tune up”, talking through life and feelings. They’ve been so supportive of me during many major life transitions like marriage and having children, and major struggles like medical diagnoses and my mom’s early onset dementia and eventual passing. From encouraging discussions on anxiety to troubleshooting parenting techniques, I felt comfortable talking through anything with my therapist.
A life saver. The therapists at Suffolk Counseling Services are kind, compassionate, and they have helped my family greatly when we needed it the most. All the staff I have met have been wonderful. I haven’t been with them all that long, but I already feel like I’m learning a lot about myself and have found help in it. I would not hesitate to recommend SCS.
