Nicole Stewart

Nicole Stewart is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a graduate of Stony Brook University, where she received advanced training in clinical practice and evidence-based interventions. Nicole has extensive experience working with children, adolescents,

adults, couples, and families, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Grounded in a holistic, person-centered, and solution-focused approach, Nicole creates a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. Her practice emphasizes understanding the whole person—mind, body, and environment—while helping clients build on their strengths to achieve meaningful change.

Nicole specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns, and is experienced in providing crisis intervention and support during moments of acute emotional difficulty. She values the importance of tailoring therapy to each individual and utilizes a blend of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, strengths-based techniques, and relational therapy.

Nicole is committed to fostering a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth.
