Kayleigh Mullaney

Kayleigh Mullaney is a Social Worker who received her Masters Degree from Stony Brook University with a specialization in family and youth transitions. Kayleigh received her Bachelors of Social Work from Adelphi University where she focused on working with children and adolescents.

Kayleigh was led to the field of social work by her empathy and compassion for all individuals. She brings a sense of security and trust to those she works with. Kayleigh uses a strengths-based approach as she strives to instill  a sense of confidence in her clients. Kayleigh’s experience includes working with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma and challenging family dynamics.

In addition to her work with children and adolescents, Kayleigh has experience working with those of all ages struggling with addiction, as well as, those who have family members struggling with addiction. Her gentle and warm approach has given clients hope and a positive outlook for the future. She utilizes Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her work with clients.
