Deanna provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment for her clients. She works side by side with them enabling self-discovery and personal growth. Her clients experience gaining a better understanding of themselves, an improved ability to resolve life’s challenges, less anxiety and a greater quality of life. Deanna believes through the use of proper support and guidance; recovery and prosperity is always possible. Despite life’s many ups and downs, every individual has resilience to achieve the goals which they have set forth to attain.
Deanna has experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Through the utilization of empirically-based interventions, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Deanna allows her clients to identify skills and strategies to overcome barriers and begin experiencing a more fulfilling, rewarding, and meaningful life.
